Inline Bar Manifolds - Magnaloy offers an extensive line of Inline Bar Manifolds for mounting a single or several NFPA valves to single Pressure and Tank return ports.  The basic bar manifold provides top mounting of a specified NFPA valve with A & B port access for each valve on the face and Pressure and Tank ports on each end of the manifold.  Manifold designs include Parallel Circuits in Standard or High Flow and Series Circuits.  Manifold mounting is accomplished utilizing top located counterbored through holes and threaded end mounting holes for use with the "L" Bracket or Flange Mount.  NFPA patterns include D03, D05, D05E Alt A, D05H Alt B and D08.  Port Thread types include NPTF Pipe, SAE O-Ring, BSPP British Parallel, BSPT British Taper and Metric thread standards.  Valve spacing options include 2 inch, 2 1/8 inch and 4 inch with the D03 pattern, 3 1/4 inch and 5 inch with the D05 pattern, and 5 1/4 inch and 7 inch with the D08 pattern.  Options include Bottom Ports, Relief Valve Cavities, Gauge Ports, Oversize Ports, "L" Ports, Metric Threading for valve mounting, and isolation plugs.

Subplates - Magnaloy Subplates provide several options in port orientation.  The Standard Subplate provides top mounting of a specified NFPA valve, A & B ports on one face and Pressure and Tank ports on the opposite face.  NFPA patterns include D03, D05 and D08 and Port Threads are available in NPTF Pipe, SAE O-Ring, BSPP British Parallel, BSPT British Taper and Metric thread standards.  Options include Bottom Pressure and Tank ports, Relief Valve Cavities, Perimeter Porting with a port on each face, Down Side Porting with all ports on the bottom surface, and Metric Threading for valve mounting.

Cover Plates - Magnaloy Cover Plates are available in two designs, the Parallel Blank-Off seals and isolates all ports of the NFPA pattern and the Series Blank-Off connects the Pressure and Tank ports and seals and isolates all other ports of the NFPA pattern.  Available in D03, D05 and D08 patterns with optional Gauge Ports  to monitor Pressure and Tank signals.

Valve Adaptors - Magnaloy Valve Adaptors are used when it is necessary to adapt a NFPA valve pattern to a smaller NFPA valve pattern.  These adaptors are available in several combinations of NFPA valve patterns.

Manifold Accessories - Magnaloy Accessories in the Manifold product line include Orifice Plates and Tapping Plates.  Orifice Plates provide for customer drilling of holes in the NFPA pattern and are available in NFPA D03, D05 and D08 patterns.  Tapping Plates mount between the NFPA valve and a mounting surface to provide additional ports, where needed, for external signal connections.  Tapping Plates are available in NFPA D03, D05 and D08 patterns with NPTF Pipe, SAE O-Ring, BSPP British Parallel, BSPT British Taper, or Metric port threads.  Port configurations include No Ports, Perimeter Ports with a port on each of the 4 sides, Pressure & Tank ports on opposite sides, or A & B ports on opposite sides.

Header Manifolds - Magnaloy Header Manifolds provide multiple side port outlets with a common end port inlet.  They are available in 0 degree, 180 degree, or 270 degree port angle configurations and various NPTF Pipe and SAE O-Ring inlet and outlet thread sizes.

Junction Manifolds - Magnaloy Junction Manifolds provide multiple isolated inlet and outlet ports to accommodate varying port thread sizes and/or port orientations.  They are available in 90 degree, 180 degree, or 270 degree port angle configurations and various NPTF Pipe and SAE O-Ring inlet and outlet thread sizes.
